Please elaborate on this statement ,as from my research,reading geopolitically ,etc. Russia and some other Eastern European countries are working very hard to emphasize the importance of the family in their domestic politics ,schools and education in general .

Just like politicians who run on a positive platform and then do the bidding of their masters, is Putin gonna be another "bait and switch" figure?
