Remember to Breathe
During crazy times, connecting with your inner breath can calm the outer world
Today will be a significant day in the history of earth in the modern world.
The flower full moon denotes a period of action for both positive and negative forces of the planet. It is why Charles is getting crowned today. In the US, it could mark the huge failure of the banking system. The military industrial complex is pushing their war escalation agenda and most of the world is walking around asleep not prepared for what’s coming.
We find ourselves at a crossroads. You are prepared as well as you can be. We are aligned in manifesting a positive result.
As I write this short post today I am with my family saying goodbye to another loved one. They’ve been suffering for days and doctors muddle through their ego as they go through shots in the dark trying to make their best guess as to what’s going on.
We have fallen far from reason or connection with nature. We’re infested with some abstract nurturing of ego and greed. Where there is a rational, compassionate solution, a system of hospitals, lawyers, insurance, and profiteers stand in the way.
Our world is obfuscated by false paradigms, all largely stemming from greed, materialism, control , and ego.
Pride commeth before the fall

The other night as loved ones fretted about our matriarch, I found breathing techniques calming down to my aching muscles.
I slept really deeply and woke with a sense of peace and understanding. We go through this physical life and translate to our higher selves. As many are going now, may they be blessed on their journey.
May today fall to the victors. May today be a turning point in the global perspective. May it come to light.
I saw rumors of activity in Washington, DC last night. If so, may the operation be blessed. It’s time to breathe and as we exhale, let the old ways go.
