Intel Summary – Rapture Failed this Week
It’s April 20, at the time of this writing. Today, or rather this evening is hugely significant as the New Moon is in Aries at 12:12 am EDT. This is a New Moon annular total Solar Eclipse that culminates a lot of skullduggery for the Dork Forces.
The eclipse signified that Pluto was entering Aquarius for a short time to return again in December and stay there for 20 years. This activation opened up a portal – referred to as the Portal of Light. The portal activation opportunity was intended to be used by the Dark Forces to usher in a new ruler. It’s because of this season, which also sees the return of light, that the dark ones get really crazy about launching offenses.
Most significant are the claims made by Kim Goguen that in the struggle for Planetary Liberation, the Cabal literally believed that the Rapture was going to happen. It didn’t. She went on to explain what happened.
Kim Goguen
Kim had some doozies this week. As the Easter octave ended, Kim said that the past two weeks included not only Passover, Orthodox Easter, Easter Sunday, the portal openings, but also the rise of the light as seen in what she describes as expired contracts between the Cabal and Source.
She described what has taken place as a return to the original plan for the Earth of 1000 year cycles between negative rule and positive rule. According to ancient contracts, which also included a contract that governed time in our experience, a contract loophole had been used by the dark ones to somehow skip over the usual transfers of prevailing rule from dark to light.
The dark side, i.e. Order of the Black Sun, had been accustomed to using the loophole to usher in their replacement ruler who she also mentioned was Marduk. But that Marduk was a title given to the selected ruler, not exactly a being named Marduk. A similar confusion occurs when considering Satan, as any negative being can be Satanic (the adversary) or even a B’aal (lord).
First, a replacement ruler was supposed to be presented and no one on earth in the societies wanted the role, and second, the being that tried to come in, was captured in the astral planes. Though their efficacy was in question also. As was the credibility of the Asian Dragon societies which have been promising this transition of power from the US to China for some time now.
The story of the being who would come in has a familiar ring to Maitreya, who is prophesized to be a god that rules in the new age. He’s thought by some to be depicted as the wackado god in the Denver airport murals of the coming age of “peace” which displays radical images of apocalypse and only children remaining on earth.
That shit is crazy, right!? But it’s real. They always have to tell you what they are going to do. Perhaps the past week was the precursor to what was planned next?
Now, you’d think I’d be crazy and all up in arms about this news – and “yes” it is monumental – but I’ve come to accept hearing of things and just being grateful that things didn’t occur. Time will play all of this out for us and we all must do our part in holding positive light. One thing, I can say, is that in covering these global elite occultists for the years I have and following them longer, nothing surprises me. Their belief systems are insane and truly against good. In a way, I feel sorry for them. But to each their own. I feel we’re on a positive timeline so can’t get all worked up about reported failed plans. Though I am delighted at the good news.
To go deeper into it, the Lucifer worshipping ones apparently had to put forward another willing person for soul transfer I guess you would call it. Supposedly, when the right follower of the religion comes of 40 years old, they are considered wise enough and experienced enough to become a candidate for soul sacrifice. This means that they allow their body vessel to become inhabited by a negative demonic being. You actually see these a lot more than you’d think when you are aware of them. They are soulless beings. Or, rather, beings with demonic souls.
As I presented earlier this week in the AI and black goo presentation, the scenario exists that an organic human gets infected by AI or controlled by the beings that talk to them through gamma rays. There’s a lot of conditioning for this activity to happen through Satanic Ritual Abuse which happens with the black magic societies and families. One example is also that of the Musk’s that I’ve also presented in the AI presentation. Mainstream science would understand this conditioning as dissociative identity disorder or multiple personality disorder. It is why Elon Musk can appear as a benevolent person at times and be an evil mastermind at others. He’s a charmer but has a definite agenda. At the very least, he wields too much power.
In the ritual abuse victims Prepare for Change has presented over the years, and some we’ve known who’ve suffered through this, the child gets tortured and as a defense mechanism creates alternate personalities which are either submissive or empowered by the abuse. This was briefly touched upon in my previous article of the offspring of the Orion Draco reptilians which was presented by Lady Columba, in which it is held that they leave their youth to fend for themselves. Only the strong survive.
Even if you might not believe that a person gets infested with AI, I ask you to watch the video below, and check out the AI presentation. A person can BELIEVE that they are infested with the energies of Lucifer or some other dark lord. And this explanation gets back to what Kim talked about this week as well as before, in particular with King Charles.
Anyhow, getting back to the week’s dark ceremonies, somebody needed to step forward to allow the negative entity into their being. Kim also reported that many who have tried to step up recently have not lasted very long. This is in part due to being removed by the global enforcement teams, and in part I’d add, by not being able to survive the new frequencies of earth – who has ascended high enough to repel the very negative ones among us. In this way, the rising of Christ this Easter, was much more literal than symbolic, as the energies are crystalline. Or Christic.

Alright, as if that wasn’t enough incredible information provided by the proclaimed Ground Command, Goguen also described an utterly devious plot to invoke the Rapture.
The world is clearly going through its financial crisis right now, which is playing out as a planned implosion that will bring about the Great Reset. The largest benefactor of this reset is the Order of the Black Sun, the Black Nobility, the Cabal, the Khazarian Mafia, and the Chinese elders. It’s an incomplete predicate to think that the groups aren’t organized, and that we are only going to have to deal with the nation of China. China, the CCP, and the powerful families are in coordination with the Cabal and use the Central Bank’s playbook for the economic collapse.
The collapse of the US dollar has long been talked about by Benjamin Fulford, and we’d asked him about this over the years. The plan was always to move the GCR (Global Currency Reset) west from Europe, to the US, to China. They have long-planned for this.
With the planned collapse – Goguen also reports that she sees the world’s banks continually try to crash the banking system and activate their CBDC’s daily. To which, as Ground Command, she is in the place of the former Marduk, and is the 3rd key holder on ANY plan that would use the global infrastructure system or the Alpha (light) as she describes, which replaced the Omega (dark) system. In her position, she claims, and a few others we are in contact with, confirm that she is Ground Command. As such, she’s overseeing and had largely contributed to creating the technology that can run the global system which most intel providers – especially the RV and Nesera folks call the QFS.
The people who would benefit from the collapse and finally get paid for their parts in the Ukraine war, pandemic, shutdowns, bank failures, governmental overreach, political maleficence, etc. would all get their paydays, when the system transitions over. But, they keep promising each other paydays that never manifest.
Enter their newest ploy: wait until after the Rapture, and there’ll be only the 500,000,000 people they want on the planet, and they’ll be easily controllable. Then, they’ll switch over to the CBDCs and the minions get paid. The 500,000,000 number comes from the Georgia Guidestones and other long-standing plans, such as the Rockefeller plan.
All of this was predicated on the thought that the reset would take place. The reset was going to be something cataclysmic. In the past, it was the great flood. One may have even been the Carrington event of 1859. In any event, it didn’t happen.
Why didn’t this happen?
This didn’t occur, because the contracts that call for the shift of power from dark to light are correctly back in place. Thus, a sort of victory of the light!
The light has returned, and the dark ones are left without much. No money. No coherent leaders. No plan. No Lucifer.
Thus, they want to go to war in China. We’ll have to see how this plays out, but I’m not planning on it being much.
What will continue to happen will be more revelations.
